The Gorney Suction Dissector is a Gorney combined suction and dissecting instrument used to aspirate fluid while elevating or dissecting tissue. Suction dissectors and suction raspatories combine aspiration with tissue elevation or dissection, allowing the surgeon to clear fluid from the field while simultaneously working against tissue.
